Proof of Work

My background lies in the intersection of Energy and Education.

I have a Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology and currently registered as a Distribution Electrical Operator in the province of Ontario. This role acts as the direct controlling authority for the municipal distribution to roughly 250 megawatts of instantaneous load amongst a mid-size city.

Before this I used to work as a guide in Alberta, Canada at the Columbia Icefields. Over the course of several years I worked my way up from being an Ice Explorer Guide to Glacier Adventure Manager and playing a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the Glacier Adventure Operation, before heading back to Ontario in 2017.

Since then, I’ve been a full-time Father, Husband and Operator. Having just completed 10,000 Hrs in the role, I’ve developed a fascination with the world of macroeconomics, energy, and educating others.

This content intends to experiment with different ways to educate those that would otherwise not be interested in what I believe to be important opportunities and emerging threats. Covering Energy, Currency, Technology and Mass Psychology.

I don’t give personalized investment advice, but what I look to provide are potentially useful insights and motivation for this audience.

Over the last 10+ years in these roles, I’ve learned ways on wrapping up chaotic, complex, high pressure logistical noise and interpret it down to simple, useful signal.
